Daycare is considered an Essential NH business and we want to be here for you and your dogs.
In order for us to ensure that we can financially stay operational during this time, we are asking for our customers to confirm daycare reservations for the next several weeks.
If possible, before Monday, March 30th, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if your dog will be attending daycare and which days. If you are planning on bringing your dog but do not know which days yet, please drop us an email anyway so that we can have a good estimate on how many dogs we can expect per week.
New Drop off and Pick up Procedure:
To further ensure everyone’s safety, we are going a step further and are implementing a new drop-off and pick-up procedure. We are asking you to bring your dog to the front door where we will have a gated pen set up with crates safely inside.
Dog owners will bring their dogs into the pen and close the gate. Then you can remove your dog’s collar & leash and close your dog inside one of the crates and remove all collars and leashes. If your dog has food, you can leave it on top of the crate (No coats please- we have plenty of coats here if your dog requires one). Please take your collars/leashes with you and bring them back when you pick up your dog(s). One of our staff will then retrieve your dog using one of our slip-leads, bring your dog and its belongings inside.
As long as you are dropping off between the suggested times of 6:30am-8:30am, you do not need to call or text upon arrival as we will be watching for drop-offs.
When arriving to pick up your dog, text 603-991-6421 or call 603-868-3647 and let us know you are here. We will bring your dog out to one of the crates where you can then go in and get him/her.
Payments: When making payments for your pups, a check is preferred. There will be a drop box inside the pen for checks to be left.
Boarding: Dog Town will remain closed until May 4th but we are here to take reservations for your dogs stay-cation with us this summer!
Grooming: We have cancelled all grooming appointments at this time. We can still offer nail trims for our daycare dogs at your request.
