Our cancellation policy:
Daycare: It is important to note that a reserved spot at daycare may mean that we have had to turn other dogs away. Therefore, if you have reserved a spot for your dog on a particular day but then cannot attend daycare, you must call or email before 7:30am of that day, or you will be charged for the day.
Grooming: If you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. We reserve the right to impose a 50% deposit on all future appointments if fair notice is not respected. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is missed. Missed appointments are very costly and affect not only our groomers, but also our clients waiting to have their pets groomed.
Boarding: We require 48 hours advanced notice if you wish to cancel your reservation or schedule an early pickup for your dog. If you do not give advanced notice in accordance with our cancellation policy you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation or remainder thereof.
